  • Liked the staff and the relaxed atmosphere.
  • Only no plug for the bathroom sink.

“I have stayed at this hotel four times since April 2007 and feel very much at home in the In tourist. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff are all very friendly and the receptionists all speak English. I always stay in a standard room which is adequately fitted out for me as I only ever sleep there. There is a double bed as standard and the bathroom has shower, toilet and washbasin. My only issue with Ukraine is apart from one in Kiev and The Orinda in Yalta, none of the bathroom sinks have a plug. I find this most annoying when trying to shave. Anyway to get back to the In tourist, I would recommend it to anyone visiting Zaporizhzhye. It has two restaurants, one European and one Japanese. I can recommend both. There is also a good choice of dishes for breakfast and a toaster for we British.”

  • very clean, staff spoke excellent English and very helpful
  • don't stay in basic room upgrade to business class for $10 more

“Hotel was very clean. They have a travel agent, photo development, money exchange, and a staff that was very helpful. You could not ask for better service than I got at this hotel. I am returning and staying again at this hotel. Do not stay in the basic room (very small), upgrade to a business class room for only $10 more. That room could use a little more closet space but everything else is OK.”
