• Hotel was fantastic, clean, great location, loved it.
• Nothing.

• The room was attractive, flat screen TV and good task lighting.
• The floors were squeaky - not horrible - but we were on top floor.

• Very close to the City centre with a great view from Heavens Above !
• The bar prices and breakfast costs were unnecessarily extortionate !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“Excellent location , great venue , very clean & tidy and warm enough on one of the coldest nights of the year . Could have done with a complimentary pocket street map and restaurant guide available in the room .”

• Convenient location for Yorks visitor attractions, shops and restaurants. Room was spacious clean and tidy.
• Bathroom was in need of attention but was clean and well stocked with towels, shower gels etc.

“Overall a very pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and courteous. The room was a little noisy due to a wedding reception and also due to the fact that it overlooked the car park and store rooms,however this would not put me off using the hotel again.”

• Nicely decorated,clean,big windows,nice bed and covers,very comfortable,nice breakfast.
• Smallish room,next to a buisy road,

“The hotel was a bit exspensive for the room we actually got, we paid the highest price but did not really get any extras in our room like the welcome pack ,the reception staff did not explain that many things that would have been helpful when we arrived like the parking facilities.”

• Staff were excellent. Check-in/out was quick and effieient. Location was good.
• Rooms too hot. Water was difficult to get to correct temp.

“The rooms would benefit from air conditioning. It was a particularly hot couple of days, and combined with a wedding party, meant that we had to sleep with the windows closed on one night. You also suffered from an electricity failure, so we missed out on an eveming meal. Though your staff did recommend an excellent Italian place.”
