• The pool and the restaurant buffet were spectacular.
• No bathtub.

• Excellent staff and very clean and accommodating.
• Kids running and screaming unattended in the way overpriced restaurant.

“It is very good hotel just a little bit overpriced for the town is in, (not Cancun). Would I ever go back to Vera Cruz very unlikely but that is my opinion, otherwise the hotel as an entity was very nice, I wish I could say the same about the very bad deal and treatment by Alamo rent car.”

• It was always being cleaned, and they had a business center that helped for me to perform business out of town.
• High speed internet in the rooms would have been much nicer!!!

“This hotel was not what was expected! It surpassed our expectations in regards to the outside pool facilities as well as the in hotel amenities! The room service was affordably priced and the employees were friendly. Would Highly recommend this hotel for at least part of ones trip in Mexico.”
