• The airport transfer was fine.
• Everything else.

“This hotel is at best three star, at worst 2. The business rooms are basic, with dodgy bathrooms, while the standard rooms are dirty, smelly and cramped. The staff is unhelpful and often ignore customers for a long time to answer calls - I actually returned to my room and phoned reception as I was so sick of standing there watching them answer phones! The price was an international four star hotel price, but the standard was well below. Avoid if possible!”
