• Rooms were very clean.

“Food served in Restaurant was excellent. Found it a bit difficult to get in to the hotel when it was closed. Didn't realise we had a key to the back door. Road could be noisy but we slept well despite this. No village shop to get a newspaper but service s”

• Friendly and helpful staff. Everywhere was very clean.
• Room was close to the road and quite noisy on a weekday morning.

“The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was spacious and very clean. The food was very good and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the breakfast is only served until 8.45 which is rather early at the weekend!”

• Good sized room. Very clean.
• The shower didn't work very well. The water was just more than a trickle and cold.

“There was a wedding reception at the hotel. This meant the restaurant didn't become available for other guests until 7:45pm. As there are not many other places to eat in the area it would have been nice to have had this information at the time of booking.
The staff were nice but were pre-occupied with the reception as expected.”

• Comfy beds,good parking, rooms suitable for some disabled people, pleasant staff, good breakfast
• Evening meal disappointing - Lasagne Verdi tasty but consistence more like soup. TV only 4 channels.
