• The size of the room and the view from the room.
• I can't think of anything.

“I loved this hotel and the staff and if I were to ever return to Tokyo, this is were I would stay. The staff was wonderful and the room was beautiful and clean. (They had a lot of patient with me because I asked a lot of questions and favors.) I am a senior and traveled by myself. The location of the hotel was great and very convenient. Sometimes, I would leave early in the morning and return late at night without any concern about my physical safety. The hotel is only 2 short blocks from the train station and you can get on the Subway directly under the hotel. Also not far from the Ginza Shopping area. Who could ask for anything more!”

• Very well deco, spacious bathroom and good size bedroom, friendly and polite staffs and services.
• A little pricy, but we enjoy the stay in this upscale hotel.
