• Beautiful lobby and great view from room!
• Location was a little far out of the way.

“I loved this hotel! Great view and lobby. Nice modern decor. The location was a little out of the way but worth it. No gym but still worth it.”

• Location, service, and fresh look of the rooms.
• Limited TV options there were only 3 stations in English.

• Newer facility.
• Rude customer service.

“Horrible service. rude when we tried to check in early, didn't offer to even store back temporarily while we went sightseeing. concierge had few recommendations and initially only gave us a map to get to the subway station from the hotel, had to press to get some additional maps of the city. rooms are small, but fairly clean. lots of construction around the hotel right now so its difficult for taxis to get in and out. subway station is actually about 15 mains walk, and then a 15-20min ride to shibuya, shinjuku, and other popular destinations. thought hotel being at top of tower would be interesting, but there are only a couple elevators so you have to wait to get into the hotel section (25 floors up), so there was some inconvenience would never stay here again based on service and location.”

• The hotel was very clean, the location was good and the service was excellent!
• I enjoyed everything about this hotel.

“I enjoyed my stay at the Park Hotel Tokyo. The hotel was very clean, including the room. The location of the hotel was great, where you could walk to many restaurants. The staff at the hotel was friendly and the service was great! I would stay at that hotel again! Thank you!”

• Spacious and well appointed room. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. Located in bus district with above avg eateries.
• Not located near 'night-life'.

“Me and my partner were staying in Tokyo for 6-days on a 13-day tour of Japan. The hotel is located in the Shiodome business district on the eastern side of Tokyo and is close to two subway lines and a JR station.”
