  • Good bed, good breakfast!
  • Nothing negative, but details like coffee/tea very average.

“The big positive was the staff attitude which was excellent. Room was average, heating system a bit ancient. General facilities very good. Very good value overall but breakfast a bit expensive at nearly '12 each.”

  • Nicely furnished, clean and accessible.
  • 3rd bed in room and no table.Delay for bar service - only one member of staff who also took room service orders.

“I have stayed in several Ramada Jarvis hotels in UK in the last year and this was the best I have visited, although the others were all on business. The staff were helpful, the hotel was throughout smartly furnished and clean.”
