• Don't have pool.

• Horrible food and service; were never coming back.

“It was HORRIBLE. There were rats in my ROOM! The food was always burnt, and I am never going back again.”

• The front office staff and restaurant manager are very helpful.
• The air conditioning did not work properly in either room we were given.

“The rooms are in need of refurbishment. The air conditioning is noisy and does not work properly. Two computers in the lobby with no printer, phone or fax are inadequate for business use. The hotel is only just within walking distance of a shopping center. However, the staff, particularly the front office staff and Victor, the restaurant manager are as good as you would find in any 5 star hotel and they make up for a lot.”
