• The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner we had was excellent.
• No complaints.

“Our stay was relaxing. The beds were really comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us when we needed directions. We plan to stay here again.”

• I like the check in at 2:00 PM and check out at 2:00 PM.
• No service at the bar and no towels at the pool.

“I like every thing at the hotel. Except two things service at the pool, and it took me 1.5 hour to get towels had go ask two times.”

• The view from our balcony was amazing. The staff was a joy and made the trip memorable.
• It would have been a bit better if there were a wireless connection available.

“Hotel Lucerne is one of the best accommodations in Tijuana. From the moment our taxi pulled up to the front we were made to feel special. The room was large and comfortable. The view spectacular. The little touches like the welcome fruit basket made us wish we could stay longer. The price made this an affordable trip with more than a small possibility of a repeat.”
