• The location was brilliant but that¿s all.
• Poor staff, badly run and certainly not worth 5-stars.

“I can¿t understand the hype around this hotel; it was inefficient and massively overrated. The staff also left a lot to be desired. If it wasn¿t for their location it would be a complete waste of time.”

• Room with THE perfect view: Opera House and Harbour Bridge right on your doorstep.
• I really can't think of anything bad to say about it!

“The Shangri-La Hotel (ANA Harbour Grand when we were there), is simply perfect. We were on our honeymoon from the UK and got completely blown away by the view; and I'm no stranger to Sydney so had seen it all before. The lobby areas and restaurants were fantastic, the staff were extremely helpful and polite, the room just couldn't have been any better and at a great price too. We loved it so much that we booked an extra night there at the end of our trip round Australia and changed our flight to a day later!”
