• Rooms are spacious.
• Too expensive, poor service, town is dull, location too far away from Cotswolds villages.

“Our room was just okay. The bathroom was of marble, nicely appointed, but with two of the most faded, shabby bathrobes hanging on the door. There was one television in the bedroom, housed in a cabinet. Press the button and a mechanism raises the TV up from below. Pretty cool, except that the screen was so small it looked like a computer monitor. A call for room service is an opportunity for confusion, delay, and mistakes. We ordered tea one morning. The tray was delivered without napkins, sugar or milk, and not a single bite of a complementary nibble.”
