• Not a lot.
• Beds very uncomfortable.
  One bed against the wall.
  No hot water on arrival - later rectified.
  Room not very clean.
  Food excellent.

“I would have liked to have known that the accommodation was in a detached block. I would have preferred a double room. I would have liked to have know that one bed was against a wall.
I have made formal complaint to management and have received offer of ”

“The position of the hotel relative to the main part of town. Local transport avaliabilty as I had none of my own.otherwise the hotel was excellent & it made my stay in Swindon most enjoyable”

• Secure parking, large hotel with a homely feel
• Bathroom was not the same standard of the rest of the hotel.

“The nights both myself and my employee stayed at the Goddard Arms were good, the location was excellent.
I had a poor response from the reservations manager when booking for further accomodation, the price difference seemed excessive.
It is better to book well in advance as the hotel does get booked up regularly.”

• Central location, good value for money
• Light fittings didn't work in bathroom, shower was a little strange - had to be close to taps

“Good value for money hotel, although not the Ritz it was clean and the breakfast was excellent. Staff were pleasant.
Will be much nicer when all alterations are completed.”
