“This hotel is excellent for business and not too family friendly. If you're traveling with family, try its sister hotel, Grand Intercontinental Hotel on the other side of the block as it's closer to shops and events.”

“It was only a one night stay so I didn't bother but had they asked me at the front desk if I wanted a non smoking room I would of course have taken it. I thought I had said so in my reservation. The hotel itself is beautiful but the room looks a bit dated. The bathroom needs work; the lights make noise and the toilet needs jiggling. The smell of smoke was on my clothes the next day. But its pretty convenient to the airport. And all the 120volt and 220volt outlet options were nice. It helped that the Coex Mall was part of the hotel as I was coming from a summer destination and only had summer clothing and had no interest in venturing outdoors since this was just a 24 hour lay over.”

“This is a great hotel for location but that's it. The cost factor is too high for someone on a budget. I will be in Seoul in December. I will only stay here for 2 nights to conduct business and spend the other nights in nearby 4 star hotels. Not as big but the cost per night will be half and just as clean.”

“The hotel was conveniently located near mall and subway station in central Kingman district. The staff was polite and helpful. Overall, the quality of the facility (lobby, restaurants, gym, pool etc.) Was excellent, though my room was rather small and Spartan. Room furnishing/decor was below par compared to those of other 5-star hotels in the area such as Ritz Carlton, jaw Marriott, grand intercontinental in Seoul. This is an ideal hotel for business travelers.”
