• Hotel and room was clean and in v.good condition.
• Reception and restaurant staff were very uniterested and uncooperative. Hotel was v.hot, despite snow outside and adjusting temp.

“I would only book at this hotel, if I could get an online discount again. The reception and restaurant staff were very unwelcoming, I think this may have been because we were a young couple. The room was bright, clean and in very good condition however, very hot despite the snow outside even when the air conditioning was set to cold. The hotel is lovely, but the staff ruined it for us.”

• The room was a good size.

“The location and car parking facilities were very good. The staff were very helpful during our stay - they were knowledgable about the locality and helped us by booking taxis.”

• The appearance of the hotel and facilities. The service offered by the team there.
• The telephone did not work in the room, so we had to use a mobile to ring room service

“This was the second time we stayed at the hotel and have been impressed on both occasions, so we knew what to expect and we were not disappointed.”

• Good location for Heathrow. Ease of parking. Speed of check-in/out.

“I chose this hotel solely for it's location (closest to both Heathrow airport and a client address). I was very pleasantly surprised by the ease of parking (mostly undercover) the speed and efficiency of the check-in and check-out and the high standard of accommodation.”

• Although, there were renovations taking place, the staff were very good.
• Decor could be more modern, restaurant staff appeared to be overrun

• Rooms were a good size and clean. Good lesuire club.
• Shower was inadequate and Breakfast was very expensive.

“When stopping in the South of England, in the Heathrow corridor, you cannot expect good value for money. Given that, this hotel was a reasonable price with good lesuire facilities, excellent staff and good rooms, although in my case the shower certainly needed upgrading. The charge of over '15 for breakfast is rediculous, although it is optional.”

• Easy parking nice room -
• Air con not available - told that it is necessary to call reception to get it reduced from 20*!!!!! No notice of this in room

“On complaining about air con was asked by duty manager did I want my room discounting? In hind sight I should have made more of a fuss.”

• it was within easy reach of a meeting we attended It was also clean and comfortable
• Brakfast a bit pricey

“we would have preffered a smoking room & I suppose if we had asked then we could have been changed, but overall we found it good value for money and we will certainly stay there again”

• The room was clean & comfortable, the decor pleasant & I loved the minibar! Gym also good.
• Would have preferred duvets on the bed and a couple more pillows.

• clean room,massive bed,powerful shower.
• altough bed nice and big unfortunately it was two beds joined together.expensive breakfast.evening restaraunt menu too fussy did not appeal.

“we stayed in a standard room which was great value for money,it had everything we needed inc mini bar,hairdrier etc.
it was only a five minute drive to windsor and the hotel was really easy to find,you cant miss it.”
