• Cute patio bar / restaurant. Decent food. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Quiet location.
• Room furniture is less than luxurious...but adequate. Some rooms are an awkwardly designed.

“If you are looking for a finely appointed, luxury hotel, this is not your pick. However, the staff is friendly and helpful. They worked hard to help us rent a car (widespread unavailability of vehicles) and we wound up with a decent deal for being last minute. The accomodations themselves are adequate, somwhat reminiscent of an oversized bed and breakfast or an old world small hotel. The real advantages of this property include the staff, food, quaint patio bar / restaurant (definitely try their mojito cubano drinks), reasonable price, quiet neighborhood, but still in walking distance of many of San Jose's best attractions. My partner and I would stay there again.”
