• Great restaurant, massive comfy beds & excellent location.
• Balcony furniture has seen better days.

“I read some negative reviews, (some positive as well). I was very apprehensive as this was not cheap accommodation. I asked an executive king water view room for myself, husband and 5 yr old daughter. We all enjoyed it a lot that we are going to stay again for our next trip to Southampton. Brilliant, very spacious room, massive beds, 1st class service, exceptional restaurant (good veggie options too). The only thing I could provide a negative comment would be the balcony, furniture could do with updating but we didnt use it anyway.”

• Rooms smelt of urine room staff unhelpful noisy. All night.

“Did not sleep through outside noise, rejected one room because of bad smells, no restaurant at weekends.”

• Good looking hotel.
• Non smoking room had cig buts on the balcony.

“A very good hotel in a prime location. 1st class service all round we will stay here every time we are in Southampton well done the staff and management.”
