• The free breakfast was wonderful and full of local and global options. It really sustained us during our days of sightseeing!
• No free airport shuttle.

“This was an excellent and moderately priced hotel in the heart of downtown Shanghai. This Holiday Inn was very near the train station, so travel was very easy also!”

• No concierge service.

• This hotel is next to the Shanghai Railway Station making it very convenient for getting around.
• It's downtown location isn't exactly downtown. A little far from the action.

“A good hotel with a good price. Very close to the Shanghai Railway Station, which makes getting in and out of town very easy. Also very close to the metro. However, the "Downtown" location isn't quite downtown. It's a little further away from the action, which can be good or bad, depending what you are looking for. But again, it is easily made up for with close proximity to trains or a cheap cab ride to your destination of choice. Also has a good breakfast buffet. This hotel is a good choice.”
