• The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and efficient.
• Location, location, location.

“A very nice hotel, but no a 5-star by American standards. The location is in a fairly run-down part of the city and so the hotel stands out as a shining pillar amongst decaying buildings. The service is top-notch -- the staff is outrageously helpful and most speak fluent English. The restaurant is excellent, the food and staff are very good. Expect prices on-par with American restaurants. Overall, I would recommend this hotel very highly for staff and service, but it lacks on location.”

• Staff was extremely nice and helpful.
• It was difficult to use computers at the business center because they allowed children there who played games all the time and occupied the computers.

“Very well located. Rooms are spacious. Service is good. Staff very friendly and efficient. Room service was timely and the food good. Good taxi service.”
