• It was nice grounds and location.
• Rooms were dirty and buggy. Pool was too cold to swim in.

“Don't bother with this place. It is well below expectations as far as food, service, and accommodations go.”

“We decided to book our reservation for this less than average "resort" with hotels.com two months in advance. When we what a joke? What a horrible mess this whole trip was. I just wanted to say thank you sun village resort for ripping us off and ruining our vacation...”

• Nice beach/bar area
• Not enough time

“This was a really fun trip. Being just after Labor day, the resort was not crowded. There were quit a few stairs, but most of the time I didn't notice them. The beach is really nice, simi private, and well keep. All the resturants had vary good food, and there was no waiting at the buffets. The only real place with air conditioning was the room, although with the almost constant brease off the ocean it was rarely an inconveniance. The bathrooms don't have AC. The staff is willing to do what it takes for you to have a good time, from planed activities to setting up trips outside the resort. Just a warning, ppl drive a little crazy and you may not want to drive yourself. Take plenty of cloths, between sand, water, and sweat you'll go through them quickly. The king size beach beds near the beach bar were a nice touch.

This is deffinatly a place I would like to go back to. ”

• Beach was great. drinks were great
• Service was bad

“Beware.....we booked and paid for a 2 bedroom suite and upon arrival were given a junior suite! We did not receive any compensation from the hotel. Paid for a $6000 vacation and received a $2000 room! Go some where else where what you book and pay for means something to the resort! We think that there is a manager there but tried to talk with him but for 7 days he just didn't seem to exist@”
