• Good location to walk. Good Breakfast.
• It is like a guest house, not elevator to arrive to the lobby, problems with the Air conditioning, problems to take a taxi and wait for the luggage.

“Condotti 29 is a guest house, never a four star hotel. Perfect for couples with a light luggage. We arrived after a two weeks of cruise ship, 5 pieces of luggage with an elevator that arrive only two floors. You have to take your luggage in other two floors by the stairs. Not bell boys available.”

• Location.
• This hotel was awful and I'll be seeking a refund.

“When we checked into our two rooms, one of the doors wouldn't close and the other wouldn't lock. They offered us another room, but said the toilet did not work. We were told that the owner no longer cared about the property because it had been sold. I will be seeking a refund for this awful accommodation”

• Decorated nicely.
• Staff was Incompetent Had to argue about bill already paid for.

“No Bellhop. Wasn't like a four star hotel in America. Had to argue about room rate that was already paid for and had to catch a taxi and plane in Rome. No airport transportation. Argument with hotel staff made us late arriving at airport and caused us problems with our flight. Very stressful!!”

• Small quaint and clean, great for a business traveler but not for leisure.
• No services whatsoever. This was not a four star hotel, certainly not appropriate for leisure travel.

“I wanted a four star hotel ( bellman, doorman etc. This was a six room hotel down an alley. We had to climb four flights of stairs to get to the room. Nice for business but definitely misrepresented as a 4 star establishment, not even close.”

• Excellent location, less than 2 blocks to Spanish steps.
• Rooms were extremely small and no public areas.

“Excellent location, just 2 blocks from the Spanish Steps and the Spagna metro stop. Rooms were well appointed with remote control air conditioner and flat screen TV on the wall. Bathroom was very nice with a spa style shower with body spray jets, very nice. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choices.”
