• The room was clean.
• The location is in "no man's land." Literally no where near airport or Rome the city.

“This hotel is near the highway, a McDonald's, and a gas station with convenience center. That's It! Nothing else. Still a 20 min ride to Rome city center or a 20 min ride to the airport. There's no train close, no bus lines, etc. There is a shuttle sometimes available to Rome city, not the airport. When queried, the hotel staff, who spoke nice English minutes prior, abruptly quit speaking English. We booked this hotel for the sole reason of being close to the airport with a sure and free ride to it the next morning.”

“This hotel is 15 minutes out of the heart of Rome but has free shuttles running daily. The rooms were a bit small but newly renovated and very comfortable.The pool was very nice and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Great bang for the buck!!!”

• Customer service was fantastic. Had shuttle bus.
• The maid was not environmentally conscience. Did not have lotion.

“Very clean, inviting hotel. From train station/Rome must take a Subway to a bus and then walk up a hill to get to hotel. Thankfully they have a shuttle service to/from Rome and the airport! Very close to a great supermarket. Front desk staff was outstanding! They went above and beyond for us.”

• Hotel had a shuttle service into the main attractions.
• Fast food restaurants near hotel. Not near any tourist sites or good restaurants/shopping.

“Shuttle service to and from airport not clear. Hotel provided transportation to and from Vatican City and center of Rome. Hotel is located off a very dangerous and busy highway. The city bus dropped us off in front of a hospital and we had to hike it up with luggage to the hotel. Driveway was not marked and we had to make a couple of phone calls to find our way there.”

• The swimming pool and the shuttle bus to the center of Rome.
• Reaching it with public transport is possible but boring.

“Good hotel, quiet but a bit difficult to reach with public transport; not very far anyway from the best places in Rome. Good swimming pool and shuttle bus service to the center of Rome.”
