“This hotel is an example of how customer service is supposed to be! They should be used as a model of how to treat guests. They literally could not have been better and were helpful in every way. The location of the hotel is right next to St. Isaac's Cathedral and only a short walk to the Neva River and The Hermitage. Cab ride from the Moscow Train Station was about $18.00 USD. My wife about cried having to leave this hotel. We were almost begging them to treat us bad so we didn't feel bad leaving. Highly recommended!!!”
