“The hotel was in a good location. After we checked in we had to change rooms and the staff were very kind to accommodate our wishes. The rooms were very hot, even with the air on full. The pool was closed for the week so this was a disappointment for the children. Parking was expensive for an overnight stay.”

“You should not put this in the 4 star categories and it was not worth the money for me. I booked a week with a 4 star in Downtown Paris and got a Marriott that was worth it. Not this one, not worth it. I was glad it is only one day.”

“Rooms are quite large per Paris/French standards, our room even had a king size bed (though not comfy at all - springbox mattress). The hotel overall looks nice, though it would benefit from a serious makeover (carpets look old and somewhat dirty and generally smell of tobacco).”

“The room felt like a 2-star hotel. The restaurant food was lousy as well as the service.”

“May be our expectation of the hotel was not full filled by the actual casual appearance.”

“Modern facility near to hotel but we have to use a shuttle. Expensive restaurant with very limited selection.”

“Way away from Paris and not well connected except for airport shuttles, which do not operate between 12 midnight and 5.30 am. This prevents staying late in Paris night clubs.”

“This is worst hotel ever. Shuttle dropped me at the wrong terminal, so I had to pay taxi to go to the right one. Food that I ordered via room service was also bad. This is not a 4 star hotel. I just cant get over how rude staff was in that hotel.”

“Poor customer service, and a bit of a money trap.”

“This hotel met our needs, was comfortable, and had spacious rooms. It was a good place to stay because of the free shuttle to and from the airport.”

“I was disappointed and didn't feel that the hotel deserved a 4 star rating. The shuttle information was incomplete and misleading (took us almost 2 hours to connect with it). The room wasn't ready when we arrived. Options for late dining were limited so we ended up having room service. Mini bar in room wasn't working. Staff was polite, but inflexible and didn't make much of an effort to accommodate our fairly modest needs. Shuttle back to the airport was 20 minutes late.”

“This is a good 4-star hotel if you need to get out on a morning flight the next day. Not a romantic hotel, not a tourist hotel. Really good pub, though, and a very comfortable room.”

“Hotel was suitably close to the airport and featured an ample sized room for our stay and shuttle bus transportation to and from the airport. There was a restaurant and lively bar for dining and entertainment. ”

“Hotel is close enough to the airport but having stayed at both Hilton and Hyatt pals do not try to tell me that this is a 4 star hotel. This is holiday inn at best. Underscored by the 100 Chinese mainland tourists waiting for busses in the morning.”

“This hotel is ok for a stay close to the airport. It is a little bit old. The bar is not efficient; it took me half an hour to wait for a sandwich.”

“For convenience to airport, price and multiple amenities (wireless internet and free airport shuttle), the hotel satisfactorily met our travel needs.”

“Overall a great value for what we paid. Clean and fairly large rooms. Easy overnight stay for travel out of Paris.”

“The Millennium Hotel is a nice hotel, but I would not qualify it as a 4 Star. Our room was small and even though it was a non-smoking room, I could still smell smoke. The bathroom was in dire need of an upgrade, black mold in the corners of the shower/tub, chipped toilet seat, and a 1970's hair dryer that kept falling apart. I would definitely downgrade this place to a 2 or 3 star and reduce the price from 125.00 US dollars to about 89 bucks a night. Staff was efficient.”

“Very nice modern hotel a short distance from Charles De Gaulle airport. Free shuttle service every 20 minutes or so from the main terminals. Shuttle never did arrive at Terminal 3 though, despite two calls to the hotel. We ended up taking a cab. Staff were friendly and helpful.” Amenities at Copthorne H'tel Paris Charles De Gaulle, Roissy-en-France
