• IT WAS CONVENIENT TO OUR WEEKEND OF FOOTBALL AND SHOPING AND ALSO A NIGHT OUT IN THE MANY DIFFERENT RESTURANTS AND BARS IN THE TOW. A VERY ENJOYABLE WEEKEND.
• WELL POSITIONED FOR THE BUSES INTO THE TOWN.

“HAVE STAYED AT THE QUALITY HOELS A FEW TIMES ALWAYS A GOOD SERVICE AND STANDARD IN EACH ONE.”

• Spacious room. Clean. Good value for money.
• Sound proofing between rooms could be much better.

• EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE
• ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD BE THAT THE HOTEL/BEDROOM AREA WAS TOO HOT

• The shower was in good working order and the room was clean and tidy.
• Squeaky bed and cheap, flat pillows. Also noise of other people slamming doors.

“The hotel is advertised as a family hotel yet there were clearly hen parties happening the weekend we stayed making it quite noisy.”

• Room was clean & spacious & child friendly. Bathroom was clean too. Staff were also courteous
• Booking information held at hotel was different, booked a family room on internet & double room was waiting for us. This was sorted.

“We liked where the hotel was situated, very central. We had a nice stay and the children thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The staff were also very friendly, especially to the children, this made the stay even better. All the services received were also to a high standard.
Thank you to all staff who worked that weekend. We had a very pleasant stay.”

• It offered a very good deal for our legoland trip. It was very clean and comfortable
• The children thought their beds were a bit uncomfortable

• Comfortable enough
• Staff at check-in gave pooor information about accessing the internet from the room. However I used wi-fi connection which was acceptable.

“Would stay again as I have had a negative experience in other hotels in the Reading area. This was the best I have stayed at in Reading.”

• The standard of accomodation and service from the staff was very good.
• The Hotel was a little difficult to locate due to poor signage on the roads.

“The online booking procedure was poor, which lead to confusion and embarassment during our visit.”

• The breakfast selection was excellent, and the staff were very polite and courteous, particularly in the bar and restarant
• The evening food was not of a consistently good quality and the selection could have been more varied.

“I will be staying at the hotel over the next 6 weeks because the room was of a good quality and the staff were excellent. However the evening food could be improved.”
