• The hotel staff very friendly and efficient, room very nice and food excellent
• The one small problem was the room was cold

“I could not fault anything with the hotel or room, after having an excellent evening meal in the brasserie, the remainder of the night was spent in the bar where we made friends with guest and the locals. It was a very enjoyable stay.”

“Central location in Tunbridge Wells. Clean room, but wallpaper a bit ragged and bathroom somewhat primitive. Good breakfast. Good value, considering the generally high hotel prices in Tunbridge Wells.”

• The bar was nice
• There was no shower in our room.

• Room 19 was very good
• Lift not working and excessive noise from extractor fan from the kitchen as heard from original room No. 3. Moved to room 19 and were very happy with it.

“The food was good, the eventual accommodation was good and the staff were helpful but it would have been greatly improved if the lift had been working, particularly as I have a heart condition and had to climb up to third floor.
We would recommend this hotel providing the aforementioned problems were resolved. Car parking facilities were somewhat inadequate.”

• Style, cleanliness and comfort. Addtl things like ; choice of bubblebath and sewing kit, cotton wool etc. Location is superb. Breakfast was delicious.
• Parking is a little tight.
