• There is not much to like.
• Very bad service, not focused on needs of the travelers.

• One nice bell hop.
• Room was threadbare, very stark. Furniture was scuffed. Television didn't work. No room service menu, ice bucket, iron, shampoo. Very dirty.

“Don't stay here unless all you care about is being close to the airport. And do not rely on the airport shuttle because we sat on the curb for over 40 minutes while empty shuttles went by without stopping and then, when we did get on there was only standing room. Both the hotel staff and drivers were extremely rude about the inconvenience, treating guests as if we were an inconvenience for them, in general. However, one (and only one) bell hop was quite nice.”

• Buffet excellent but kind of expensive, good location to airport, transportation shuttle good.
• Shower in bathroom, no ATM at hotel.

“Overall we had a good stay and would recommend it to others. Staff professional and courteous. Food at Josephine's restaurant was good quality & very tasty but priced a bit much compared to other places visited in the European Union. My first time to Paris and I found the airport to hotel shuttle was a great help.”

• Free airport shuttle.
• The bath tub had old dirty soap in tray and not cleans.

“Over all we were pleased with the hotel. Would like to have a place to get some food, we hadn't eaten all day.”

• Close to airport.
• Airport shuttle was difficult. Waited almost an hour. Missed flight.
