• Location, staff, service.

“If you like to be close to Patong beach this is a great place. Breakfast buffet a bit expensive but has everything and good quality. Rooms are quite comfortable though beds a bit soft for a Holiday Inn. Issues with bills but it all got sorted out. Taxi from hotel too expensive. Pools very nice. Decor nice.”

• Modern and clean.
• No local guests.

“This hotel was surprisingly nice. It is close to all the hustle and bustle of Patong Beach but while you inside the hotel grounds, you feel like your on a quiet beach resort. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, but rather expensive if it wasn't included in your room rate. A Princess of Thailand stayed at the hotel for two days during our stay. It was neat to have her their and the hotel staff worked extra hard to ensure we were treated well even with all the extra police and security there. If you plan on bringing back a guest, don't. They typically won't allow it. I thought the hotel was great and I would stay there again.”
