“My prepaid parking ticket for gate access did not work until my last day. The beach entry closed too early. The first day was spent in a room with two full beds instead of a king sized bed, this was corrected immediately. All in all this was a very nice resort.”

“In my experience, this hotel has great staff and facilities. We will recommend to our friend and families this hotel. We already plan to return, if possible, next year. I think jet Sky's rental or like items can be added to the package, if liabilities are not too high. Overall, I will return any time. The Golf camp was one of the best I ever been. The highest mark was the staff, they were excellent in the treatment of my family, and bent backward to make our stay a pleasurable one.”

“This Hilton looked more like a motel than a nice, 2.5 -3 star hotel. My shower did not work one day, but the staff promptly repaired it. There is nice outdoor dining area, but there is only a view of the pool, not of the sea in most areas. For the price, not the best deal for what I got. Hotel was over-run with kids and the beach nearby is very dirty and not well cared for - not the most romantic spot.”

“The hotel a long distance from main airport. You could hear all the noise outside, special early morning hours can not get a good morning sleep. The security does not check for high volume noise at night. Had to call from desk to have people stop playing basketball at 1am morning, you could hear the noise carry late at night.”

“The hotel staff was fantastic and the room's view was incredible. When I asked for a latte at the restaurant they gave it to me at no charge. Why these hotels don't do free internet is beyond me. They already have charged for everything else and then nickel and dime for internet access. The sushi restaurant took a very long time to get our food but they were very apologetic about it. Good experience overall.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.

“Hotel is nice. But after you pay for it they have more fees. I found out after we checked out. A 7 dollar resort fee a day, 4.50 parking fee a day and if you want internet access its 9.95 a fee a day.” 2 of 2 people found this review helpful.

“The Hilton Ponce Casino and resort is great from adults and families. There is a lot to do for everyone. It has its own private entry in to the beach which is very clean. They have good food and the casino is great for night time play. There is something to do for everyone. Kids would enjoy the pool and bike rides along the beach. I will definitely be back.”

“It was definitely not what I expected. I was disappointed in how many things in the hotel were out of order. The rooms were okay and they did do a good job on the cleanliness of the hotel. But over all it did not know me like some other hotels have done. I would not consider coming back to the hotel.”

“This hotel is very beautiful and airy. our room was so pretty and comfortable. we loved our stay there. our only complaint would be the high prices of the on-site restaurants, but other than that, we absolutely loved our stay there.”

“Overall, my stay was pretty nice... if you exclude my experience at check in. The room was spotless, with a balcony and a beautiful ocean view. The hotel has a nice bar and 2-3 restaurants, as well as a pretty nice casino, though small. Unfortunately, the trip didn't start out the way that it should have for a four star resort. Check in begins at 2pm, so since we arrived at 2:30pm, we assumed that our room would be ready. It wasn't, but since they offered to store our bags in the luggage room and call us when our room was ready, we didn't mind. We went out and came back 3 1/2 hours later (even though no one called us to let us know if the room was ready) to find our luggage outside, on a rack, next to the valet station. Management didn't seem to concerned that we weren't called nor that our luggage was out on the corner for anyone to load into their car. They made a token apology and assured us that our bags were being taken up to the room as we spoke. We got to our room and more than 30 minutes later, our luggage still hadn't arrived. My fiancée had to go down, speak to a different manager, and ended up taking the luggage upstairs himself.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.

“The Ponce Hilton was very nice (especially the executive tower) and had excellent restaurants - La Cava and Sancho's sushi. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Ponce.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.

“Away from the hustle and bustle of San Juan, located in the historical coastal town of Ponce, Puerto Rico, the Caribe Hilton, Ponce Golf & Casino is an oasis of style and entertainment. Sight seeing is a must in Ponce where you can visit the many popular Rum distilleries, golf, or play at the hotel casino. The Hilton is located on a private beach where you can swim in the warm Caribbean or relax pool-side in this tropical wonderland. Plenty of recreation and activities for the kids too.”

“Wonderful spot, very friendly staff, a real difference than at San Juan hotels. Rooms need some updating. Would be nice to have a shop in the hotel with clothing, etc.” 0 of 1 people found this review helpful.
