Location. Everything else was sub standard
Staff, room, lack of tea/coffee, no other guests.

“I cannot recommend this hotel. On arrival the reception staff continued a personal telephone call for 15 minutes and then continued the call whilst checking us in. The breakfast was not included and highly priced. The room was small. No information about the hotel or attractions was available. For ?u100 per night this was sub standard accomodation for a 4 star hotel. I have spent a lot of time in Paris and have stayed in 2 star bed and breakfast accomodation for ?u20 per night at a much higher standard than this hotel.”
