• The hotel staff was courteous and efficient.
• Hotel needs updating. The decor and rooms look old.

“Our experience at the Tulip Inn was generally ok. The staff is courteous and willing to help out and the hotel restaurant is good. The rooms themselves are Spartan, with single beds that are butted up to each other to form a 'full' size bed. They aren't the most comfortable. Our stay was in the early winter. Heat regulation in the room is generally by turning down the radiator but that only goes so far, cooling the room down further requires opening the windows. However, since the hotel is located off a sometimes noisy street, this leads to sleepless nights. Overall the hotel is ok.”

• There is nothing we liked about this hotel.
• Terrible location, poor service.

“The name of the hotel is Tulip Hotel Schwabing and also Park hotel Schwabing. Both names are false. There is no "park" anywhere near and the hotel is far away from Schwabing. It is located in a semi-industrial zone, right next to the city's recycling station and a major construction site. There is no easy access to public transportation. A cab ride into the center of Munich costs you 20 Euros or about 28 Dollars one way. There is no upgrade for rooms with internet possible. Lastly, the restaurant of the hotel is very smoky. Summary: This is the worst and the most over-rated German hotel we have ever stayed in.”
