• Good location, near restaurants and monorail grocery store across the street.
• Extremely small hotel rooms, smelly pillows in both rooms that we booked.

“Overall, our stay was consistent with that of a 3 star hotel. Good location in that you are centrally located between the train station/bus station and the promenade d' anglais which runs along the beach. Easy walk to restaurants and there is a grocery store (monoprix) across the street which was great to stop at for things like water, crackers, etc. Rooms were clean and neat. Down side was that the hotel rooms were extremely small and our pillows smelled in both rooms that we rented (put towels over them at night to sleep). Additionally, the floors are uneven which more of a structural thing than anything else is. Also, nice is in the process of reinstating a streetcar system so the main street outside of the hotel is a construction site with little or no sidewalks. However, once construction is completed, it should be very convenient to have public transportation just steps away.”
