View was lovely.
Staff underperformed; no delivery of ice, sent us to the wrong location for a restaurant.
“Not a bad hotel. The air conditioning barely cooled the room, the furniture was threadbare and the staff failed to follow through with promises. Everyone was very friendly, but a bucket of actual ice would have been preferable to the smiling apology when it never showed up.
