• Everything.
• Entrance into pool awkward for anyone slightly disabled.

“Our best holiday ever. The hotel was fantastic. Location out of this world. Food excellent but the entertainers were outstanding and made it a very enjoyable holiday. We will be recommending this hotel to everyone and we cannot wait to go back.”

• Nice beaches.
• Maid got into our room stole our stuff.

“Maid stole phone, mp3 players, toothpaste perfume etc. I will never go back.”

• The food was excellent. The rooms were very clean and nice. The beach was fine, but I have been to clearer ones.
• The only concern was in the area of security. Maybe they were there but not visible.

“My husband and I had a wonderful experience and have recommended quite a few persons to stay at ruin. We have stayed at a number of hotels in Negril, and Ocho Rios and found Riu to be excellent. The only concern was in the area of security. Maybe they were there but not visible. Anyhow, we will be back soon.”

• Very nice staff and very restful.
• Excessive amount of "pot" smoking and offers to buy.

“The rooms were not luxurious but comfortable. Food was OK. Beach was absolutely beautiful. Best I have ever seen. Service was very good with no problems noted. Lots of things to do. Nightly entertainment was also good. Would visit again. I would not recommend taking children under 16 years of age. ”

“The hotel is excellent! Staff were very friendly, the grounds were well kept, rooms comfortable, but not luxurious. The best part is the beach. Perhaps they have the finest beachfront in Negril. They hotel was at full capacity, but it never felt crowded.”
