• Everything!!!
• That I had to leave.

“My best vacation ever. Great location, lots to do, and a ton of fun!!! You can relax on the beach the whole time, or get out there and do a lot of activities. I only had a problem with one of the staff and that was because she forgot to book something for us we requested but the problem was eventually solved. ALL the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and almost always so happy!!! No problem man!!! All-inclusive is the way to go. I also recommend paying out for the Chukka horseback ride amazing riding a horse in the ocean!!! I also went down to Sandals to get my scuba certification it seemed the people at Sandy Bay were having a lot more fun.”

• The pros are the beautiful ocean and beach. It is paradise
• The staff is not overly accommodating and at times downright rude. This resort needs some help in the customer service department.

“The staff seemed to be bothered by guest at times. It was very common to hear other resort guest comment on the lack of service from wait staff and bartenders. The price and location was why we chose Sandals. Our daughter had a great time so that is what matters. I just wish my memories did not include the bad customer service issues but only the beautiful ocean/beach.”
