“I've been to many resorts in Cuba, Domenican Republic, St. Maarten, Mexico. Yes, this is more expensive than the other 5 star hotels. The Atlantis is absolutely beautiful in every which way. The food, yes it's expensive but no complaints otherwise. And if you go to any 5 star restaurants in any city, you will pay for what you get. The resort is clean, the staff is courteous and the place truly is Paradise. My husband and I plan to return again and again.” 0 of 1 people found this review helpful.

“Decent hotel and water attractions Unfortunately it feels like a huge tourist trap once inside. Food is bad and well over priced. I don't mind paying a lot for good food but hate paying lot for bad food. I even got food poisoning and lost weight for the first time on vacation. Somewhat thankful for that since I wanted to lose a little weight. Employees are not that friendly and service is very slow. It is also nearly impossible to leave Paradise Island to visit Nassau without taking the taxi. A three mile taxi ride will cost $15 to $17. Taxi drivers seem to have their own rates. I prefer Jamaica over the Bahamas any day.” 2 of 2 people found this review helpful.Amenities at Atlantis Paradise Island, Nassau
