“I picked the hotel for one night because I had a 6 am. Flight and it had a free airport shuttle. So I decided to pay the higher room price. I had to pay 20 euro for a taxi. The room was average: large but not completely clean and offered bare necessities (no shampoo or the like in the bathroom).”

“More than a review is a complaint. The location of the hotel, very hard to find. We got to the hotel around 11pm (very tired) expecting the best from Holiday Inn American franchise, to our surprise was the worst experience ever. First, the room overall look very good. At the time we turn the AC, 20 minutes after, still not cool in the room, it was very hot, contact front desk to reported, front desk representative suggested to perhaps open the windows or he could send somebody to see the unit (Naples was over 70 degrees at night) technician came, checked, we were moved to a second room (smoking), waited for the AC to cool, still hot. Moved for the third time, still the AC was not cooling at all, so tired I felt sleep. On the other hand my husband couldn't, he went down to the reception at 2am (where it was hot too) and was offer a fourth room. Check in time started at 3pm, checking out at 10am, which I found so not fare. Talk to the manager, she was very sorry, unfortunately we were leaving to Rome the next day and nothing could be done to fix the horrible night we spent at the Holiday Inn. Honestly I think I should get a full refund for the stayed at this hotel.”

“We were in Naples during the month of August. The hotel is located in a nice business area, but everything was closed due to summer vacation. The hotel's maid did not leave bath towels on our second night's stay. I called to request a couple and never got them. I finally went to the small spa they have and took some. I would only return to Naples to get the boat to Sorrento and Capri or the train to Pompeii. If anyone has ever been to the alleys in downtown Los Angeles, that's what Naples is like in my opinion. The streets are unclean, lots of traffic, and the quality of clothes in most shops is cheap. I would stay elsewhere next time we are in that area.”
