• The facilities on offer were excellent, able to watch football!
• Staff were rude and unhelpful. Receptionist and barman appalling.

“Sports facilities excellent and bar area good. Only problem was staff who were rude and did not make us feel welcome. Receptionist ignored us for a couple of minutes before the person she was talking to told her to serve us! Barman was rude and imagined u”

“i didnt like the main menu as it is now very limited as its been reduced and the breakfast menu was usless to very disaponted”

• The room was big which is nice size
• the room was very cold, window wasnt shut properly in fact broken I think.

“Wish I didnt book it in the first place, it wasnt what I expected, looks like a hostel place, sorry just being truthful, also the young receptionist was so ignorant & wasnt very helpful at all.”

• good size room, tv in room

“the hotel is good value if you take advantage of the facilitys,but if you just want a room overnight better value would be a travel lodge,myself i like snooker so i was pleased that the hotel had snooker tables,although they were in need of new cloths,the only real complaint i had was the bed, first priority of staying in a hotel is to get a good nights sleep which was impossible with the rock hard bed,i ended up with a bad back as well as having next to no sleep.for this reason i would not recomend this hotel to anyone”

• We found the Breakfast Very good, Restuarant clean & tidy. Car parking very good.
• No bad points
