• Location. Work area. Fitness room.
• There was confusion about the bill at checkout.

“So far, my prefered hotel in Milan. Stayed at another chain and was not pleased with it.”

• Close to the train station.
• Too far from historic center and staff was a little uppity.

“This is a good hotel for a quick overnight stay in Milan. It is walking distance from the train station and it is a typical Hilton. The only complaint is we found the front desk clerk was a little snotty. The concierge was helpful but again, a little hint of an uppity attitude.”

• Close to Milan Central train station.
• Certainly not up to Hilton quality.

“We were disappointed in the Milan Hilton. We had stayed at several other Hiltons on our tour of Italy and found them excellent, but the Milan Hilton was much less. Just an average hotel with the Hilton name.”

• It's location - close to the train station and easy to get to the Metro stations.
• The staff wasn't the friendliest or the most helpful.

“The hotel is what you would expect from a Hilton. The rooms were a little small and the beds were firm - actually more like a rock. However on the plus side was the hotel location - excellent - close to the train/bus station and a block from the metro station. The metro takes about 15 minutes to get to other sites.”

• Rooms were very comfortable and concierge service was excellent.
• High bar prices.

“I was very impressed with the hotel staff and service. The little touches like complimentary bottled water were very welcome. The concierge service was extremely helpful in getting tickets to the soccer game and to recommend excellent restaurants.”

• No near by restaurants.

“Excellent location, good size rooms, good service. The surrounding area lacks restaurants or cafe's that are open at night.”
