• The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The executive lounge was very nice and had good appetizers.
• Rooms could be a bit bigger.

• There was confusion about the bill at checkout.

• Lobby computer was quite expensive.

• Close to the train station.
• Too far from historic center and staff was a little uppity.

“This is a good hotel for a quick overnight stay in Milan. It is walking distance from the train station and it is a typical Hilton. The only complaint is we found the front desk clerk was a little snotty. The concierge was helpful but again, a little hint of an uppity attitude.”
