• We were not told that our room did not include complimentary breakfast.

“Upon arriving at the hotel I asked the women that checked us in where the breakfast room for hotel guests was. She then pointed it out. We were not told until we checked out and had eaten breakfast there that since we got such a low rate thru the internet our room did not include breakfast. They tried to charge me an additional 16.50 euro for each time we had breakfast. The time we should have been told this was when we checked in and I asked the women where the breakfast room was. ”
