• Busy location, perfect, yet still comfortable and quiet inside.
• Had to ask every day for more toilet paper, soap, towels etc.

“Charing Cross has very attractive public areas, and comfortable, quiet rooms. Hot water was unreliable, and 2 out of 5 days we had luke warm to cool showers. Housekeeper was asked daily for extra towels, soap, etc. Toilet paper roll was left completely empty one day, there was a lack of attention to detail one would expect at a 4 star hotel. The location was absolutely perfect to walk almost every where on our arts and theater oriented trip.”

• The locations was great. Within walking distance of everything.
• The panels that were sopposed to block the shower water didn't work and the floor got wet.

• Nice rooms and great location.
• Forecourt parking for luggage unloading non-existant.

“Lovely older hotel with classic architecture. Rooms well equipped with all bathroom accessories and coffee maker. Excellent location off Trafalgar Square so well suited for both business and pleasure.”

• Large rooms, great location, seemed recently renovated, great service.
• Service at the hotel bar was lacking.

“Elegant and beautiful hotel in the very heart of London. Next to Trafalgar square, walking distance from Buckingham palace, the Royal museum, London eye and more. Right by two undergrounds (Charing Cross, Embankment) so transfers seldom necessary. We weren't happy with the mattress in our first room, so they moved (upgraded) us to another room without hesitation. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends.”

• Located close to everything.
• Hard to find.

“Perfect London location. All attractions were close by and Underground was 50 feet from front door. Walking distance to several attractions including Trafalgar square, Leicester and Buckingham Palace.”
