• The location was excellent for our purpose. Rooms were very spacious and clean. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful.
• The number of stairs could be a problem for elderly people. Carrying luggage up the stairs was difficult.

“Apart from the stairs and the unavailability of a lift for particular rooms I found the hotel to be delightful. It served our purpose perfectly, walking distance from Victoria station and so close to most London attractions. The staff was very helpful when asked for information. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my friends.”

• Two senior ladies sharing room - got 3 person room to give us privacy - terrific!
• The noise from Victoria station trains.
