• Centrally located.

“Centrally located about 1 hour from Heathrow airport and accessible to underground system, buses and cabs. I was accustomed to getting more services for this price range; it was a big surprise to be told that the traditional services are not included as part of the hotel's daily service. You must pay additional money if you want daily clean towels, clean room, replacement key, etc. The hotel did provide free coffee; however, the automatic coffee maker was broken the entire time of my stay. Would not recommend this hotel.”

• Lack of air-conditioning, infrequency of room cleaning and towel changes.

“Overall, not a bad place to stay. Centrally located about an hour from Heathrow Airport. Check-in was brisk. All staff was consistently pleasant and responded promptly to our needs. Arriving on one of London's few sweltering days in early August, we were astonished to find out that although the rooms are obviously equipped with air conditioning units, they had been disabled and were not available for guests' use. We have to be content with table fans and leaving the windows open. Coming from North America, we were accustomed to getting a little more service for this price range; it was a bit of a surprise to be told that our rooms would be cleaned and towels changed only once a week. The single computer available for guests' use in the reception area was in use each time I passed by the area in the mornings and evenings. There was a bit of a wait when its printer was needed to print up boarding passes, maps and other stuff which a visitor would occasionally require. Pretty peaceful and quiet place. Would stay there again.”
