• clean, well heated, comfortable, great shower & bath, good working tv - overall excellent
• Their were no bad points at all I could comment on, on our accommodation

“My booking at this hotel was swayed by the Car Parking. This, for me, was a big plus. The hotel had all the qualities I personally required. Outside Central London, nearby Underground, Internet Access, Breakfast included together with a good, clean comfortable accommodation. The write up on the web site was very accurate. The hotel daytime receptionist during my stay was RUBEN ?u who was very friendly, helpful, courteous and very genuine in his attitude. He is definitely a credit to the hotel. Without doubt, I will stay at this hotel again ?u and all he above comments are echoed by my partner.”

• Reasonably near the Central School of Speech and Drama where I attended an audition
• The hotel was very noisy, the beds very uncomfortable and the pillows like bricks. Hardly slept. Very stuffy rooms. Not overly impressed!

• receptonists most helpful, regarding parking arrangements.

“staff friendly and courteous with a smile,went out of their way to
respond to our requests.hotel clean and far tidier than you would
expect for the price in this area.Hotel parking and closeness to
tube station made the hotel ideal for travelling into central for
medical treatment.Also easy access to M1 motorway.
Once again many thanks to your excellent staff.”

• The staff were polite and friendly
• The finishings and fittings were dated and shabby

“The hotel needs investment in the the decor and fitting out to keep pace with its competitors in the location and the cost range.
Publicity does not give a true reflection of the quality one would expect. Staff very good but can only do so much with the facilities to impress.”

• free car parking, access to underground rail station
• dingy atmosphere, radiator did not work,

“Hotel was adequate for a 1 night stay. Overall atmosphere is dingy, needs redecorating and brightening up. The most appealing feature for me was that it was easily accessible coming into London off the M1 and had on site car parking. Would recommend it on this basis.”

• very close to where we wanted to be
• there was a knocking noise all night from the radiator kept us awake

“The hotel was ideally situated and had good parking available. The rooms could do with updating a little. they felt abit old and basic. The main reception smelt very smokey. Our bathroom door did not shut and there was a knocking noise from the radiator. I think overall you get what you pay for at a budget price”

• good sized room at rear of hotel, lift available as I had requested disabled access
• Not enough hotel parking available, had to park on yellow lines (With disabled badges)

“Excellent location, close to where we needed to be the next morning, nice Greek restaurant nearby for a late evening meal, friendly bar staff in hotel. Smoking bedrooms available in the hotel.”

• Convenience for the tube station, value for money, the name Quality hotel is well known.

“We could only stay for one night, but enjoyed our stay, we werent in the room for long but it had a relaxed atmosphere as did the bar area. The check in/out staff were polite and efficient.”
