• Separate toilet.
• Everything else.

“We stayed there from 26/03/08 -09/04/08 Sheets were worn & holy no mattress cover to hide old stained mattresses. The curtains & bedcovers were filthy the whole apartment needed repair. Appliances needed replacing. The Staff were lazy & unhelpful; they were not trained to deal with any inquiries. Asked about a shuttle bus to the airport. Reply "we only have a deal with a Taxi Company, so can't help with any other company" worst place I have stayed in I am a frequent visitor to London.”
