• Clean and excellent location.
• Very expensive, dark small rooms, no daylight.

“Checking was very slow, room not ready, changed room 3 times as first 2 rooms were very small and no daylight. Took over and hour to get the right room, staff not very helpful, if booking through an agent priority of rooms will always be given to those who book direct and pay higher room rates. If paying by cash they will block phone lines and empty the contents of the mini bar which doesn¿t make you feel good, we would not return to the Montcalm very disappointed.”
