• Not much.
• Where do I start?

“The staff was helpful, but they gave wrong information 90 percent of the time. It was not what I would expect from a Hilton Hotel.”

• It was on river Thames, close to O2 arena.
• Midget size elevators, maze of halls w/doors, confusing signs for rooms.

“Disappointing, snobbish staff, lack of ramps for luggage with wheels, lack of lock on outside balcony door.”

• Modern, cooperative staff.
• Did not do the usual concierge stuff.

“Normally they include breakfast; their normal breakfast rate is very expensive ($30/d) and there is no local alternative easy to find. Not a good location for a London visit.”
