• Staff were very friendly
• Business Centre Services

“Hotel is great. Staff is excellent. I would definitely return. Bathroom showing wear. Bed was rock hard.”

• It was very pleasent and well located for tourists
• Food prices were grossly overpriced

“From the beginning of the visit, we found the staff to be very helpful. Within minutes of checking-in the desk manager, responding to a personal request I had upgraded our room, and that seemed to set the pace for the rest of our stay. The cleaning crew was amazingly responsive and efficient and we had next to zero problems. I was surprised that they did not offer free WIFI, but that was a minor inconvenience. All in all it was a terrific place to stay, but expensive without Priceline.”

“The Air Conditioning was not on. Very hot on the Hyde park (west) side of the hotel. It was better after we were moved to the other side.”
