• Friendly, helpful staff. Great central location.
• Very small pillow made it hard to sit up in bed and sleep comfortably. No fresh towels left by maid on 2nd day of 2-day stay. Toilet seat would not stay up. Tiny room.

“Overall, good value for money. Don't expect any luxury but decent basic accomodation at a great central location just steps away from the Paddington train and subway station.”

• Poor willingness of the maid to change towels. All towels must be changed every other day!
