• The location and room.
• Some staff members.

“While the room, location and services were very good, I found some of these factors were over-shadowed by the performance (or lack there of) of some staff members. Upon arrival, the check in clerk was very abrupt and unhelpful and little attention was given to us, and indeed other people, in the restaurant. Overall, the Hilton Paddington is good value for the quality of hotel and convenience but do not expect service with a smile.”

• Very convenient to transportation.
• Very expensive.

“I have stayed here several times due to the location and convenient airport transfers. It is however, quite expensive given the current exchange rate.”

• American style hotel, great towels and spacious rooms.
• Would liked to have breakfast included.

• Right above Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express.

“The hotel is right on top of Paddington Station and for a short stay in London, it makes it very easy to catch the Heathrow Express to the airport.”
